We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working to expand our shipping coverage — subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day. For manual payment orders (Zelle, Venmo, Cash App), processing begins only after payment verification is confirmed, which typically takes 1–4 hours during business hours.
We ship exclusively via UPS. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods. All shipments include tracking — you will receive a UPS tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Orders totaling $250 or more (after any discounts are applied) qualify for free standard shipping via UPS Ground. The free shipping threshold is calculated on the discounted subtotal, not the pre-discount total. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the minimum.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your UPS tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the UPS website at ups.com. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order is picked up by the carrier. You can also find your tracking number in your account under Order History.
All peptide products are carefully packaged to maintain integrity during transit. Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at room temperature for short periods, but we recommend refrigerating or freezing upon receipt for long-term storage. We use insulated packaging and ice packs during warmer months to protect product quality.
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us immediately at cs@structurabio.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with UPS to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at cs@structurabio.com — we can only make changes before the order has been shipped.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy on our website with a revised effective date.
