All damage, defect, and missing item claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window cannot be processed. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

We do not accept returns of peptide products due to their sensitive nature and potential degradation. However, we will consider limited exceptions for damaged products.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at cs@aminomaxpro.com for instructions. To facilitate our investigation, we may request photos of the damaged product and its packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as promptly as possible.

– If a shipment is lost in transit and the delivery confirmation report shows non-delivery, we’ll reship the order at no additional cost to you.
– If the delivery confirmation shows “delivered” but you claim not to have received the shipment, our guarantee has been fulfilled and we may not be able to provide a complimentary reshipment.

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us and we’ll investigate. Once verified, we’ll send the missing item to you. We document and photograph all orders prior to shipping to prevent fraudulent claims.

Once your claim is approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. For credit/debit card payments, the refund will appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. For manual payment methods (Zelle, Venmo, Cash App), refunds are typically sent within 1–2 business days of approval.

Every product we ship is backed by a Certificate of Analysis (COA) confirming purity and identity. If you have concerns about product quality that are supported by independent third-party testing, please contact us with the test results and we will review your case on an individual basis. We take product quality seriously and will always work to make things right.

If you are unsatisfied with the resolution offered by our support team, you may request an escalation by replying to your support email thread and asking to speak with a manager. We are committed to fair and transparent resolution of all customer concerns and will do our best to reach a satisfactory outcome.
