AGREEMENT FOR PURCHASE AND USE OF AMINOMAXPRO PRODUCTS

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between AminoMaxPro (“AminoMaxPro” or “we”) and the individual or entity (“Purchaser” or “you”) accessing the AminoMaxPro website or purchasing products from AminoMaxPro.

ARTICLE 1: ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing the AminoMaxPro website or purchasing products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not access the website or purchase products.

ARTICLE 2: USE OF PRODUCTS

ARTICLE 5: PAYMENT TERMS

5.1 Placing an order is a binding commitment to submit payment.

5.2 Unpaid orders may restrict future orders.

5.3 Fraudulent payments will be sent to collections.

ARTICLE 6: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONTENT

6.1 AminoMaxPro content is for informational purposes only.

6.2 Product images and descriptions may differ slightly.

ARTICLE 7: INDEMNIFICATION

Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold AminoMaxPro harmless from any claims or demands arising from product use or misuse.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AminoMaxPro operates.

ARTICLE 9: ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.

ARTICLE 10: ACKNOWLEDGMENT
